Do you charge a diagnostic fee?

Yes, we do charge a diagnostic fee. This fee covers the visit of a certified appliance technician to your home to thoroughly inspect and diagnose the issue with your appliance. During the visit, the technician will provide you with a detailed explanation of the problem, along with an estimate for the repair, including labor and potential part costs. If you choose to proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee will be applied toward the total cost of the service.If a repair is needed for your appliance, the service fee will be applied toward the total repair cost.

What types of appliances do you repair?

We repair refrigerators, ovens, Ranges & Cooktops, dishwashers, washing machines & dryers, and more — covering all major brands and models.

Do you provide same day service?

Yes, we do! We strive to offer same-day or next-day service whenever possible to get your appliance back up and running as quickly as we can. Availability may vary depending on your location and the time of your request, but our goal is always fast, reliable service.

Are your appliance repairs covered by a warranty?

Absolutely. We offer a full 90 day warranty on all replacement parts and a 30 day warranty on labour.

How long does a repair take?

Repair times can vary depending on the appliance type and the issue. However, we are usually able to diagnose most problems within one hour of arriving at your home.

How can I schedule an appliance service call

You can easily call us or fill out our quick online booking form. We will contact you via phone once your booking form is received to confirm your appointment

What are your service hours?

We operate Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Sunday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM,with emergency repair services available upon request.

What should I do if my appliance stops working suddenly?

First, try unplugging the appliance, wait about 15 minutes, then plug it back in to see if the issue resolves itself. Sometimes a simple reset can do the trick.
